Becky Heidesch has been an entrepreneur for over two decades, Heidesch’s unique career path has encompassed a variety of roles spanning through college athletics, entrepreneurship, human resources, sports marketing, executive search and now a Motivational Speaker and Life & Career Coach.
Over the years, Becky started numerous women and diverse focused businesses along the way. She was the Founder of the nationally recognized Women's Sports Wire, a national clearinghouse for women's sports news and information; started a women's sports marketing agency, Women's Sports Services; launched 2 diversity focused online career centers, WomenSportsJobs.com and SportsDiversityRecruiting.com. In 2003, Heidesch founded WSS Executive Search, representing numerous high profile and Fortune 500 clients.
Heidesch and her team, have built WSS Executive Search into a nationally recognized firm that places SR level diverse executive talent across multiple industries including financial services, consumer products goods, technology, manufacturing and more.
She has represented executive search efforts and board appointments with many of the nation’s top Fortune 500 companies including Wall Street’s Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, and Merrill Lynch along with numerous technology related companies and startups and been a consultant to major corporations.
Becky holds a Bachelor's in health and physical education, a Master's Degree in health and physical education and sports administration, and an MBA with a concentration on entrepreneurship. She now spends her time as a Career Strategist, Speaker and Coach.
